The obvious - level them normally by going around the world doing events, killing enemies, doing story quests, map completion etc. almost everything in this game gives XP so you can pretty much play what you want and gain levels. the boost is ok. but spends all your points and gives an ok set of gear. personaly after hitting 80 on engi and having spent all my points already, i found having to hunt hero challenges to level a mastery slow, but now im leveling a Mesmer and rather than jumping to 80, im saving points after getting stuff i needed to level. Games and other software often do these artificial limitations to create a problem that is usually solved with a paid service. You could use that on an already level 80 character just to get rid of it, but if you want to avoid the feeling of waste and have no character slots available, you'd have to buy a slot. .
