Posts: 18 Likes: 0 For the small town visit, like you might have been trying to achieve with Cesky Krumlov a day trip to Szentendre will get you out of town and is worth the time and the wonderful boat trip back into town. If you had more time I would suggest a trip to Kempinski in Štrbské Pleso, Slovakia and a few days in the country visiting castles and nature. Or go in the season for a day trip and I agree with you - it's not worth it. Or if you want to go in season go instead to future Cesky Krumlov (I hope not), it's called Loket.
