Best and grippiest road tyre by far in 21/18 size is the Bridgestone A41! Very soft compound on the edges but most importantly very progressive, unlike the snappy continentals. My favorite choice in the pirelli scorpion STR because it’s grippy enough and can do some dirt tracks! #10.
Also I like the non-semi active suspension better since it's having better upgrade options. One can safely go from the 21/18" on the SAR to a 19/17" without upsetting geometry/trail. Just like going from 19" ti 17" on the SAS. But going from 21" to 17" on the SAR will need offset yokes or fork bottom end.
